Discussing the session details before we actually meet for the session will make us both prepared for what to expect. I don't want to be blind-sided with requests I wasn't prepared for, and you don't want me assuming and shooting a session that isn't your style. We'll go over the Session Questionnaire (provided to you prior to this meeting) so we both are on the same page - who will be photographed, what type of location is best suited for your needs, and all the other details associated with the session. This pre-session consultation helps me to provide you with the best overall experience.

I'll bring samples of my work and show you the beautiful, finest quality wall art I offer, along with other products and gift print options. Then we'll discuss your product needs - specific walls to be filled, albums to cherish, and gift prints for your family. ​Prices are discussed at this meeting and are based on your specific photographic needs (type of session, as well as the type of products you are looking to invest in). All-inclusive Session Collections begin at $225.00. Add-on bundles and portrait packages provide special gifts and additional savings when combined with your specific Collection.  

This coffee/tea meeting is only the first step. We will of course get a date set for the photo session, then go over the details of the contract. The contract is a standard photography contract detailing the policies we both agree to so that each of our expectations are understood and the professional and respectful business aspects are not overlooked by either of us. At this time, I will also receive your retainer payment (session fee + tax) to guarantee your photo session date. Next, we'll schedule the viewing/ordering session for 2-3 weeks following the actual photo session date. This appointment will take place in my studio. Finally - and the most exciting - when your products arrive, I will call you to make arrangements to deliver them right to your door - Yay!
